Get all glammed up for your special occasion. Vixen's team has mastered glam makeup and can help you achieve any look you desire. Enhance your best features and get a flawless, natural glow.

Your makeup package comes with skin prep for a flawless makeup application. This helps your makeup last longer! You will also receive basic false lashes.

 

Add a touchup Kit to your package for $30; this comes with eye-masks to help with hydration & puffiness, a lipstick to keep for touch-ups, and a makeup sponge for any accidents. 

Terms & Conditions 

  • Weddings that must begin prior to 7 am due to scheduling and party size are subject to an Early Start fee of $30 per artist per half hour before 7 am.​

  • A non-refundable 25% retainer is required to secure and reserve the date/time of the wedding.

  • The remaining total is due no later than 14 days to the Day Of.

  • Any cancellations, whether of the entire contract or of one/multiple services made after the total is paid are non-refundable.

  • If you require a second artist an assistant rate may apply. (Please request a quote)  

  • A travel fee will be added for service over 15 km from the team's location of .50 cents per km (both ways). 

  • Any necessary parking fee will be paid also by the bride/client. 

  • In the event that the booking is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation within 1 month of the wedding date is subject to an additional $200 cancellation fee. 

  • This is a “makeup & go” bases after completion, our team is not required to stay. If required to stay later for touchups a “touchup” fee will be added. 

  • Any​ ​member​ ​showing​ ​up​ ​late​ ​for​ ​their​ ​scheduled​ ​service​ ​will​ ​receive​ ​a​ ​shortened service​ ​to​ ​keep​ ​Julia & assistants ​on​ ​schedule.​ ​(The​ ​full​ ​price​ ​of​ ​service​ ​will​ ​be​ ​charged).

  • Any​ ​no-shows​ ​for​ ​wedding​ ​parties​ ​scheduled​ ​will​ ​be​ ​charged​ ​the​ ​full price​ ​of services.

  • Any​ ​member​ ​showing​ ​up​ ​with​ ​wet​ ​hair​ ​will​ ​be​ ​charged​ ​an​ ​additional​ ​$30​ ​blow-dry fee

  • If you are paying cash the day of please have everyone's money collected in an envelope for easy exchange.
